Anger is a negative emotion, that involves physical and mental discomfort. It is totally based on provocation and exaggeration,  not on objectivity or wisdom. According to akhenaton, he says – As the whirlwind in its fury teareth up trees, and deformeth the face of nature, or as an earthquake in its convulsions overturneth whole cities; so the rage of an angry man throweth mischief around him.

In todays generation, anger has became a big problem, especially when it is out of control. But there is always a way to deal with it. Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed or offended. But what you’re doing when you indulge these negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you. It is your mind, that creates the world. A person gets angry when things around him goes wrong all the time. Stephen hawking said , people won’t have time for you if you are always angry or complaining.

Anger needs to be acknowledged and expressed in a positive way, as a form of doing what is good and right. Anger can be dealt in a positive way, when you change the way you think.

Aristole says, Anybody can become angry — that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way — that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy. If you don’t learn how to deal with anger, you will definetly hurt others. You poison your own heart. So forgive people in your life even those who are not sorry for their actions. Holding on to anger only hurts you, not them.

When you learn how to control anger, it helps you to lead a happy and satisfying life, even when the world is unfair to you. Still, there’s a hope, this is not the end, be of a good cheer, trust in yourself, have the faith, because there’s nothing in the world a man cannot achieve.You have to accept that you cant change the past experiences, opinions of others at that moment in time or outcomes from their choices or yours. When you finally recognize that truth then you will understand the true meaning of forgiveness of yourself and others. From this point you will finally be free.
