New Year has arrived and new resolutions too, most of the people have one common resolution and this is Weight Loss. This has been the biggest problem in everyone’s life to shed those extra pounds and go through an amazing transformation. But the biggest question is how to start and where to start from?
2017 has already started and don’t be disheartened if you had put up some goals but didn’t make any effort to achieve them yet. All I can say is it’s better to be late than never. So if the share of motivation is lacking from your life, then I would like to share the fitness journey about one person who is a real inspiration for many young people to lose weight. Within no time she went from flab to fit and that is Sapna Vyas Patel.
Sapna Vyas Patel is a Medical student and also Reebok Certified Professional after losing 33kgs in one year. She is from Gujarat and is also a famous model now due to her fitness journey. She is a motivation for many youngsters and she guides them by giving tips through Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Like any other teenager, Sapna was over-weight, she was around 86kgs and least bothered to lose weight. But one incident at an ice-cream parlor where she was assumed to be a kid’s mother when she was 19 years old, hurt her enough to motivate her. That is when she realized that she was looking older than her age and also her baggy clothes made her look added to it. She started her weight loss journey in 2009 with crash diets. But those diets were of no use as she gained back that weight later.
In 2011, Sapna started reading about weight loss, nutrition, diet control and workout. She changed her lifestyle completely and focused on fat reduction and body sculpting. Also followed by one hour of walking and weight training. This really helped her to lose weight and gain that desired look.
Sounds like a dream but the struggle is real. She has to cut down all the junk food and stay motivated each and every time by keeping in mind the reason why she started, in the first place. In 2012 when she finally reached her goal, she made a video of her weight loss journey and uploaded it on YouTube and she got 2 lakh views within two weeks.
