Roasted Carrots with Thyme

Overview :

An easy and healthy vegetable dish. Prep time: 35 minutes

Ingredients to be used :

8 carrots
3 tbl olive oil
4 tbl thyme (dried or fresh)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps to cook this Recipe :

Preheat oven to 425o

Slice carrots diagonally and arrange on a baking tray

Toss carrots with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme and salt and pepper

Roast for 30 minutes or until carrots are browned


And your dish is ready to eat!
